Corrections are the priority
If a price, cap or percentage on this site is wrong, that is the most useful thing you can send. Newsletter pricing changes without announcement and every page here carries a re-read date precisely because a figure is only true on a day.
Please include the page, the figure as it appears, and — if you have it — the vendor page showing the current number. Corrections are checked against the source and either fixed or explained; nothing is quietly left standing.
Platform changes
If a platform has altered a subscriber cap, a send allowance, a revenue share or a free tier, that is worth an email even if no page here is yet wrong. Changes of that kind are the whole subject of this site, and a reader who noticed one first is more use than a monthly re-read.
Platforms and partnerships
Representatives of newsletter platforms are welcome to write. Two things are worth knowing before you do.
Factual corrections are always accepted and acted on quickly. Requests to adjust a score, soften a criticism, remove a caveat or alter a ranking are not, and will be declined politely. The affiliate disclosure sets out why that distinction is not negotiable.
What this site cannot do
It cannot advise on your specific list, recover an account, resolve a billing dispute or intervene with a vendor on your behalf. For anything of that kind, the platform's own support team is the only route that will work.
